Vintage lovers!

As I attended the vintage wedding fair last Sunday I thought I would share with all you vintage lovers out there and possibly bride and grooms to be all of the amazing people I met and their fab vintageness!

First off its Amy from Honeypie Boutique; they sell beautiful 50's style wedding dresses, vintage dresses and more. Amy was wearing one of her pieces all day at the fair, she is pictured here. Next is the lovely Lynda from Vintage to Vogue sells all things vintage from shoes to jewellery, some really gorgeous peices, I did try some on but they didnt fit, boo hiss!

Sat next to us was the couple who own the Lovebug 67, a very cool 1967 VW Beetle. Another vehicle that is a must for a vintage wedding is a vintage camper van, have a nose at Dubtrips for more information.

Shoes are very important no matter what occasion you are planning for! I instantly spotted some from where my stall was positioned, these were from Mary Cooper Antique Costume and Textiles.

If you are looking for some interesting music for your vintage wedding then contact Matt Nickson.

Personalised bouquets are becoming very popular at vintage weddings these days, I got chatting to Gabrielle Louise with her amazing handmade bridal accessories.

Make up is so important for brides on their day, I came across Clare Lennon, who specialises in vintage make up and hair styles, she was demonstrating at the fair and the women looked truly amazing, makeup in the 40's and 50's was so delicate, I know that my gran looked amazing on her wedding day; so elegant, I miss her.

Last but certainly not least was the Marvellous Tea Dance Company, these lovely ladies were serving tea and cakes all day to us stall holders and the visitors, they serve everything in vintage china and they hold tea dances, just my kind of company!!!

Not forgetting Vintage and Cake for vintage china hire and yummy cakes... that's me by the way just in case you forgot!
