Ruby and pearl cupcakes



I was asked to make some Ruby wedding anniversary cupcakes for a lady who attended one of my cupcakes classes earlier on this year, she also decided to hire 3 lovely vintage cake stands so she can display them at her party this Saturday.  So here they are all ready and waiting to be collected!

    I would love to know how to make those large roses! I came on your cake course and learnt to do a mini Rose, could you post a tutorial on your blog maybe?
