White Wedding Cupcakes
I set up a lovely wedding on Saturday at Chatsworth House, Derbyshire. It was for the very talented and lovely Emily Parkes who runs a brilliant business called Emily Parkes Art specialising in 'Girly Illustrations, Textile Art and Accessories' Her and her now husband opted for all white vintage cupcake designs with greens leaves, finished with a pearl lustre. It was so effective, very simple but beautiful. The flavours were lemon and vanilla, so a lovely mix of fresh flavours for their lucky guests.
Congratulations on your marriage Emily and Iain

A little vintage cupcake prettiness

I have a consultation this evening for a lovely bride who is going for a village fete theme at her wedding reception in July. So she got in touch with me and asked if she could pop over for a consultation to look at some vintage ideas for cupcakes. I thought I would share her samples and examples.

The flavours for her samples are lemon and vanilla each are flat iced with embossed icing and vintage style designs.

The rest are some of the cupcakes that my students learn to create in my vintage cupcake classes including the piped rose using a petal nozzle.
You can see some mini handmade cupcake bunting this was an idea inspired from the lovey and creative Daisy Cupcakes, I hope she doesn't mind that I used it to display my cupcakes for my bride this evening!
